Toronto Primary School Principal(Mrs Kgopa), Thabe Matsebatlela(middle) and Teacher Rasehlo(right).

South African Dancing Voices has Community Building and Education Upliftment as one of its core missions. In 2010 we interacted with University of Limpopo Child Development Center and assisted them with teaching material and also donated some contact time with the children at the center. In 2011 we added the Re-a-Kgona Drop-In Center by donating some school clothes for school children at the center while maintaing contact and performances with University of Limpopo Child Development Center. This Year, 2012, we targeted a Community School and were approached by Toronto Primary School and indentified shortage of school furcniture(tables and chairs) as their immediate urgent need. We immediately approached the university Community and within two weeks the University Staff had responded by raising just over R10 000 required for the furniture. We give thanks to the support we received and the comments we received from the student community. Click here to read more about the article in Capricon Express.
